Multi Site Community Maintenance Supervisor Position Available at Abalon Pointe and Abbey Lane Apartments (Olympia, WA) - Excellent Career Opportunity.

We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position for Abalon Pointe and Abbey Lane Apartments in Olympia, WA. The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance of two apartment complexes, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and residents, and have a can-do attitude.   $28-$30 per hour DOE
• Potential Bonuses
• Full time employees earn 144 Hours or 18 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

General Duties:

• 
  Supervising all maintenance staff
• Grounds keeping
• Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
• Turnovers of units
• Building and Common Area Maintenance
• Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls

Requirements:

• 
  Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
• Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus!
• Good customer service skills
• Renovation Experience a plus!
• Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
• Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
• Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
• Consistent work history and verifiable references
• Ability to pass drug screening / background and reference check
• Valid driver's license
• Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
