Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation in community events
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in memory care or senior care is required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and medication administration is preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
