Local family run organization is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. This position will be responsible for managing several aspects of the daily operations. This assistant will be detail oriented and driven to succeed.

•   Manage executive and personal calendars.

•   Take ownership of executive assistant tasks and see them through from start to finish.

•   Organize substantial travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations and transportation.

•   Review, classify, submit and follow up on various invoices and bills.

•   Prepare basic reports for management review

•   Data entry

•   Prepare project timelines, analysis and proposals for internal projects such as real estate investments, property capital improvements, rent analysis, business investments.

•   Serve as point of contact for specific vendors, working closely with contractors and coordinate offsite work on real estate projects.

•   Research projects as requested by the office manager. 

•   Organizing and filing in the office as needed.

•   Office errands as needed for supplies, the family, and board meetings.

•   Online ordering and personal shopping as needed.
