Up to $17.00/hour, Full-Time or Part-Time, 1st and 3rd shift openings

Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with disabilities in their neighborhood home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Residential Developers, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs at our home in ­­­­­Danville, IL.

Pay

• Starting at $15.00/hr shift differentials
• $1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd shift
• $2.00/hr shift differential for 3rd shift
• $2.00/hr shift differential for weekends

• DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DSP and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
• Entry level position

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Successfully complete background check
• Weekend/holiday availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Companionship
• Housekeeping and meal prep
• Assistance with medication
• Assistance with personal care, including bathing and toileting
• Ability to stay alert and responsive
