Residential Living Supervisor jobs in Columbus, MS
Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. We are currently seeking a Baylor RN supervisor/charge nurse for 16 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Work 32 hours and be paid 40 hours. We are also searching for a 3/11 RN supervisor You will be responsible for taking charge of the facility and will be held accountable for the care the residents receive.
The candidate must be able to communicate professionally with Physicians, other facilities, and our residents, families, and co-workers. Must be able to arrive to work on time and work as scheduled.
