Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a residential facility for at risk youth.

Duties:
Oversight and direct management of an assigned DHS 3800 licensed facility. Awareness of all risk management needs for all residential programming.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years residential experience or a combination of residential and clinical Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• The ability to secure a satisfactory criminal record check
• The ability to secure a satisfactory ChildLine clearance
• The ability to secure satisfactory references
