Health Care Facility is now hiring a Maintenance Supervisor! The Maintenance Supervisor directs maintenance operations by identifying requirements, forecasting resources, providing oversight for minor construction projects, capital improvement projects, and daily repair tasks in the assisted living facility. This candidate will oversee and assure timely completion of all tasks by providing direction to supervisors, technicians, engineers, and vendors.
Position Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy boxes, wheelchairs, mattresses, etc.

Duties Include:
* 1-3 years’ experience in operation of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc
*Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices and procedures•Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc
*Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation
*Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets•Experience in healthcare facility
*Supervisory experience preferred
*Other tasks related to staying in compliance with Regulations and Health & Safety Codes.
*Handyman tools preferred
