Residential Clinical Supervisor (Men's Residential)
Schedule per week: Full Time (Monday-Friday with two evening shifts 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm and rotating weekends)

Job Summary:
A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees’ caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisee’s meet all of Straight & Narrow’s personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and minimum of two years’ experience in the field of addictions treatment are required. CCS preferred but not required.
