Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assisted Living Director (LPN) to join our team. The Assisted Living Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of our residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing.
2. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
3. Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct resident assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address the unique needs of each resident.
4. Medication Management: Ensure proper medication administration and management, in adherence to state regulations and community policies.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
6. Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide updates, address concerns, and promote open communication channels.
7. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
8. Emergency Response: Collaborate with emergency response teams and ensure preparedness for any health-related emergencies within the community.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of SC.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing, dementia care, and assisted living regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team.
