Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Will provide support, guidance, assistance and direct supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities and staff in all facilities. Duties include:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months’ experience or training in the field of DD. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record & pre-employment background screening. Starting pay $17.50/hour with an additional $5.00/hour on weekends and an extra $3.00/hr. for awake hours worked between 11pm and 6am.
First Shift Hours – 6am-4pm or 7am-5pm
Part Time Second Hours – 4pm-9pm or 5pm-10pm
Third Shift Hours – 10pm-8am
