**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and handle lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed

**Experience:**
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully

- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
