Residential Property Manager manages the daily operations of one or more residential properties or communities. Oversees sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. Being a Residential Property Manager may be responsible for managing property budgets, collections and/or property improvement initiatives. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Residential Property Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Residential Property Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Residential Property Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Overview:
Administers and maintains all phases of the community operations under the direction of the Regional Property Manager and or VP.
Specific areas of responsibility include staff management, community maintenance oversight, marketing and monitoring market conditions, budget management, resident relations, and problem resolution.
Responsibility for weekly/monthly reports to include receiving and posting all rents and security deposits promptly and in accordance with the standards established by TradeMark Residential. Responsible for leasing, maintaining occupancy, delinquency, renewals, work orders and weekly and monthly reports. Identify and strive to meet the owners’ and residents’ expectations.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
This position requires a high degree of walking and climbing steps. Must be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs. on a regular basis.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, the potential for rotating weekend schedule required, OT as needed to support business needs.
