We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As the Residential Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and driving operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day property operations.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maintain optimal occupancy levels.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations.
• Foster positive resident relations through exceptional customer service and timely response to inquiries and concerns.
• Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and delinquency resolution processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management.
• Thorough understanding of leasing principles, fair housing laws, and property maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
