Residential Property Manager manages the daily operations of one or more residential properties or communities. Oversees sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. Being a Residential Property Manager may be responsible for managing property budgets, collections and/or property improvement initiatives. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Residential Property Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Residential Property Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Residential Property Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are seeking a licensed, dedicated, and experienced property manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish and has reliable transportation to commute between properties and corporate offices. The candidate should possess a current Nevada Real Estate salesperson license with a property management permit. However, if not currently licensed, the candidate must be willing to obtain these credentials on their own time; reimbursement for tuition, books and licensing fees will be provided upon completion of licensing.
