Compensation:

• $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary
• Full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week
• Benefits package that includes 401k match, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays and PTO, cell phone reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and provide support for on-site staff at various apartment communities in the Sacramento area
• Regularly visit all properties in your portfolio to ensure communities are performing within the company standards
• Review and send weekly updates to owners and executive management
• Maintain overall accountability for the operational and financial performance of all properties in portfolio
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial and operational efficiency of the assigned communities
• Answer owner statement questions as needed
• Attend owner meetings as needed
• Attend audits and inspections at properties, and follow up with on-site staff to ensure necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Review and negotiate proposals from vendors and contractors for property maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance, interior and exterior upgrades, etc

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in Residential Property Management. Other account management experience will be considered.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Intermediate skill with computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Appfolio, Entrata or Yardi other management software.
• Valid Driver’s license and an operable vehicle, a good driving record and current motor vehicle insurance that meets State requirements.
• High school or equivalent (Required), Bachelors (Preferred)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Ability to work after hours and some weekends as needed (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property)

Our ideal candidate must be committed to continuous learning and growth, and be willing and able to work with others and lead a team. The Regional Portfolio Manager will be responsible for visiting all properties in their region on a regular basis and will spend most of their time working with on-site staff.
