Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex in Uvalde, TX. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing process, maintaining the property, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process, including advertising, showing apartments, and processing applications
• Ensure that all units are occupied and rent is collected on time
• Maintain the property, including overseeing maintenance and repairs, landscaping, and cleaning
• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Enforce lease agreements and ensure that tenants comply with all rules and regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and tenant files
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
