Cleaner Job Description

Epic cleaners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at assigned apartment complexes and dwellings, and cleaning units for leasing and move-in. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant, emptying trash, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, etc.

Working hours are flexible within the hours of Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Cleaners can choose their start time and will work 4-8 hours per day, 3-5 days per week.

Pay will be based on a commission scale per job, averaging $12-15 per hour and paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow checklist(s) for property cleaning and/or make-ready cleaning
• Dust, sweep, mop and wash floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, counters and appliances
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets
• Disinfect all surfaces
• Accurately track time worked for assigned work orders through Appfolio software and attach notes/pictures as necessary
• Communicate efficiently with supervisor in-person and over the phone regarding assigned jobs
• Other responsibilities as needed

Candidates MUST have a reliable vehicle to use for work purposes and a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
