Human Resources Coordinator will assist the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, training and workforce management. These responsibilities include working in the Employment Office, Employee Services Office and assisting the International Coordinator with housing campus duties (if applicable).
Human Resources Coordinator also help organize and plan team member events.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Conduct in-person and video interviews for part-time positions as necessary.Work with the shared services team to ensure team members complete the onboarding and training process on time.
Fill HR duty shifts, which involve labor law compliance, labor optimization, scheduling and maintaining attendance records.
Issue payroll checks, research discrepancies and enroll team members in direct deposit.Assist the HR team with planning and executing team member events and special projects.
Wardrobe inventory responsibilities include accepting and insuring shipments are correct, folding and stocking shelves.Ensuring all forms, both digital and physical, are accurately completed and filed.
Qualifications & Requirements : Must be at least 18 years oldMust possess above-average communication skills and be able to read, write and speak the English language effectively.
Must be able to maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with Guests and Team MembersMust be able to effectively multi-task and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment, including front-line, managerial, and back-of-house tasks.
Must be available to meet the needs of a seasonal business and work flexible hours, including nights and on weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands : Requires continuous standing, bending, walking, hand / eye coordination, lifting, vision, hearing, and speech.
Requires frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.Must be able to work outside in various weather conditionsMust be able to stand / walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently and carry it at least 25 feet over various surfaces.Must be able to lift and lower 5lbs above shoulder level.
