    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Salary Range: $16.82 - $20 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

    • Creating and maintaining project schedules
    • Communicating hourly/daily with technicians
    • Reporting project status to management
    • Tracking product orders and deliverables
    • Providing training packets to branch personnel
    • Participating in customer meetings and conference calls
    • Coordinating daily activities of Customer Service Engineers and Subcontractors
    • Assisting in the development of project plans and deliverables
    • Ensuring project deliverables meet customer expectations
    • Generating timely and accurate project reports

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
    • Associate Degree or a minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience
    • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Proficiency in MS Project (preferred but not required)
    • Strong technical skills with an understanding of software, networking, and systems development
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
    • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
    • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

    Skills Required:

    • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office (3 years)
    • Ability to resolve problems and analyze effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong technical skills (3 years)
    • Understanding of software, networking, and systems development (3 years)
    • Multi-tasking capability
    • Ability to act in an autonomous role with little supervision
    • Effective organizational skills
