Job Summary
The Critical Care Resource Coordinator assists the Nurse Director in planning, organizing, and supervising the nursing care administered to meet patient care needs on a twenty-four hour basis. This includes the assistance with the management of nursing personnel as well as serving as practitioner, educator, consultant and collaborator to provide advanced clinical and analytical skills. The Critical Care Resource Coordinator demonstrates an expertise in staffing models and in the allocation of staff required for the critical care nursing process in order to provide safe and effective nursing care. Continuously analyzes, evaluates, and provides for the time keeping and staffing needs of assigned units. The Critical Care Resource Coordinator has oversite for the Quality data and performance of the contractual Hemodialysis services for the system. The Critical Care Resource Coordinator Promotes an environment in which all team members can work cooperatively and functions effectively as a key player in the facility.
