Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. is responsible for the development and maintenance of the institution's donation and gift records. Identifies potential donors based on recommendations from faculty, staff, executives, and other donors. Being a Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. organizes the institution's records regarding current and prospective donors, conducts research to identify prospects for gifts, and documents the association of these prospects with the college or university. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish / English Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
Schedule : 10 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM (We can be flexible with this schedule; please ask!)
g., change of address, tax withholding (W-4's), departmental transfers, rate increases, FMLA / WC / vacation / personal / sick leave, terminations, 401k benefits, etc.)
gathers and reports information to appropriate HR, Safety and Production personnel as soon as possible after incident.
such as daily Absent and Missing Punches reports.
Runs weekly Points reports, generates disciplinary forms with accurate data, and issues disciplinary action with documentation in employee records for second shift employees;
distributes Points reports to HR team and staffing agency on-sites.

Education and / or Experience
Degree from college or university; at least one year of related experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and translate fluently and professionally between English and Spanish.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resources systems; Internet software; payroll systems;
spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent customer service skills, teamwork and communication skills.
