Job Description Summary : $16 per hour. This is a full-time position. Morning and Afternoon / Evening shifts available.The Groups Rooms Coordinator is to act as a mediator between the Front Office and Event Management in regards to all group bookings and conventions.

Job Category : CareersInHotelJob Description : QUALIFICATIONS : One year hotel front office experience required. Reservation experience a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Review all group booking reports. Match reports and the Reservations system weekly and confirm booking numbers are correct.

Block groups (tentative and definite) in Reservations system.* Attend Group Rooms meeting and present status reports on blocks, pick-up, cancellations, billing and package codes.

Interact daily with Conference Services Managers, keeping up-to-date on changes, VIP's amenities and billings. WHAT WE ARE : 800 room high-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University.
