The First Tennessee Development District is accepting applications for a full-time WIOA Resource Room Attendant. The Resource Room Attendant provides support and assistance to customers utilizing the American Job Center resource area located in Kingsport. The Resource Room Attendant Welcomes customers to resource area and responds to customer questions and requests for assistance. To role also provides assistance and encouragement to job seekers utilizing the center’s resource area and outstanding customer service to job seekers in an effort to assist them in meeting their employment goals. This position requires diplomacy, customer service, communication, clerical skills, and the ability to multi-task. An associate degree is preferred. A minimum of two years’ customer service experience is required. The bi-weekly salary is $1,356.07. The First Tennessee Development District offers paid benefits including major medical, dental, vision and retirement. Paid leave time is also provided.
