Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. jobs in Lansing, MI
Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. is responsible for the development and maintenance of the institution's donation and gift records. Identifies potential donors based on recommendations from faculty, staff, executives, and other donors. Being a Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. organizes the institution's records regarding current and prospective donors, conducts research to identify prospects for gifts, and documents the association of these prospects with the college or university. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Resource Development Coordinator - Higher Ed. gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Shift Hours: 2pm to 10pm
Shipping of material, receiving of material. They will be pulling orders of tags and boxing them. Must be able to read small print to be sure they are pulling the correct tags per order. Make inventory adjustments and give records to accounting, if needed. Maintain housekeeping to standards set by management. Additional job duties as assigned by management.
Safety: Required:
PPE must be worn while on your job. At a minimum safety glass, steel toe shoes and hearing protection.
Required : All safety policies and guidelines must be followed. Compliance with all workplace rules, policies and procedures, i.e. SQF, safety, etc.
Protective Equipment Required:
Safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hair nets, beard nets, ear plugs (while in production area), leather gloves.
Testing and Measuring Ability (General Math): Ability to use and read basic measurement devices, (calculator, tape measure, and ruler).
Written/Verbal Communications Skills: Follow instructions, communicate and interpret information for efficient operation of transportation department.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills (AS400, Email).
Essential/Marginal Functions and Physical Requirements Essential: Sitting at computer terminal. Walking in shipping area or production facility. Constant walking and use of fingers, wrists, hands. Frequent standing, bending or crouching.
