  • LSI is growing; we are looking for deliberate and diligent Business Development Managers to walk the line between Account Executive and Customer Success.  This role will be best filled by a strong team member with the skills to communicate from the Board Room to the Exhibit Floor and make sure our customers are heard, represented and supported.  As part of that role, you will be very well familiar with our clients and their business. You will continually identify customer needs or opportunities for LSI services that extend beyond their current scope.     This position is based at LSI's Corporate office in Layton UT

    In this role, you will:
    • Lead the growth of a group of managed accounts.
    • Learn the intricacies of Federal and State procurement and acquisition processes.
    • Collaborate on the development and execution of Strategic Account Plans that will structure your plan of engagement and growth.
    • Heavily engage with Operational counterparts and leadership on Account status, history, potential and challenges.
    • Work with cross-functional business units to ensure successful delivery on established client objectives.
    • Provide thought leadership in your role as someone who can significantly influence the growth and trajectory of LSI, seek and implement continuous improvement in your daily work.
    • We already assume you are organized and experienced with basic business tools like Office 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.

    To win this role, you have:
    • 3 years of experience in early funnel sales and account management.
    • Professional communication skills including writing, speaking and presentations.
    • High degree of comfort engaging with customers virtually and in-person.
    Requirements:
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
    • Ability to travel 5-15%.
