    Role Summary:

    INCCRRA is seeking an experienced Grants Outreach Coordinator to join our Strategic Communications Team department. This position will coordinate and support outreach, training, and technical assistance for childcare workforce grants in partnership with the Child Care Resource and Referral agency network across the state.

    What will you be doing?

    • Coordinate the statewide technical assistance for child care workforce grants.
    • Be the grant expert for our network of local Child Care Resource and Referral agencies.
    • Offer customer service and work with internal departments to fix and overcome barriers to grant participation.
    • Develop resources to increase grant understanding and answer frequently asked. questions, work with external partners and businesses as needed to build resource content.
    • Work with external partners to maintain, promote, and increase participation in the grant program.
    • Coordinate and present at training days for network partners to gain knowledge on grant specifics, provide and explain resources.
    • Develop, manage, and keep updated a toolbox of grant resources for the network.
    • Oversee and analyze monthly and quarterly program and financial data collection from network partners. Manage contract deliverables for overall and localized outreach.

    Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
    • Highly organized, detail oriented, and maintains a high level of accuracy.
    • The ability to work in a team environment and also problem solve independently.
    • Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
    • The ability to speak publicly and present to groups of individuals.
