    Your Role

    Process equipment sales orders, set up maintenance contracts and handle the lease administration for our Westmoreland office. Accurately enter all information with strict attention to details, audit new sales orders to assure customer has excellent purchase experience, while providing outstanding customer service with the ability to work closely with other team members. 

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Audit of sales rep paperwork 
    • Process and create sales orders and purchase orders; orders will be submitted from sales representatives as deals are closed
    • Work with vendors to purchase equipment at best costs 
    • Update pricing to appropriate staff
    • Work with leasing companies to apply for new leases and complete expiring leases 
    • Process returns or purchases of leased equipment 
    • Make accurate entries into our accounting software and commission software 
    • Work closely with sales reps, technicians, and other staff, to assure smooth delivery of equipment to customers and return of leased equipment  
    • Create and update equipment contracts 
    • Prepare customer equipment installation packets to introduce our processes
    • Process and invoice the sales orders, making sure everything is correct 
    • Prepare thank you card envelopes
    • Scan all sales documents and backup into our file storage system 
    • Invoice sales orders 
    • Finalize/terminate and bill out expiring contracts 
    • Keep inventory on equipment being returned to the leasing company 
    • Request return instructions from leasing companies & process return to vendor 
    • Provide correct information to peers to make sure they can complete their tasks pertaining to the overall sales order
    • Monitor emails 
    • Maintain database integrity 
    • Answer customer questions 
    • Assist with customer calls 
    • Assist with other services as needed for backup and any other duties as assigned
