Being a Respiratory Care Manager directs the activities of the respiratory therapy section. Supervises technical staff and students. Additionally, Respiratory Care Manager prepares departmental budgets and reports. Evaluates new equipment and procedures. Typically requires RRT registration. May require a bachelor's degree. As a Patient Care Tech/CSR, you will be responsible for educating patients on the proper uses of CPAP, BIPAP & other respiratory equipment. In this patient-facing role, you will help ensure patients receive the best fit for their nasal interface, help them understand the importance of adhering to their therapy, maintain CPAP compliance & monitor usage, assist in miscellaneous customer service duties such as scheduling appointments, answering patient calls & questions, and other misc. duties as assigned by the center.
