Respiratory Care Manager plans and implements the overall respiratory care policies, procedures, and services. Ensures efficient and effective departmental operations. Being a Respiratory Care Manager directs the activities of the respiratory therapy section. Supervises technical staff and students. Additionally, Respiratory Care Manager prepares departmental budgets and reports. Evaluates new equipment and procedures. Typically requires RRT registration. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Respiratory Care Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with human capital management systems and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
