Reporting to the Regional Director of Pulmonary Services, the Respiratory Services Manager will primarily lead a team of Respiratory Therapists in an inpatient environment. This person will also have the chance to support outpatient respiratory therapy programming through the community clinics, family practices, and long-term care programs associated with the hospital.
This is the perfect growth opportunity for a WA Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner who has 2 years of experience supervising or leading clinical operations, to take on a formal, titled role in hospital leadership. The Manager Pulmonary Services will serve as the subject matter and practice expert for high-acuity pulmonary conditions. Working in concert with Nursing and Physician Leadership, the Respiratory Care Manager will treat both inpatient and ambulatory populations with conditions such as chest infections, pneumonia, emphysema, and asthma.
Importantly, the Manager Pulmonary Services will serve as both a clinical and administrative resource for this Respiratory Therapy Department.
