Job Summary:
Pinnacle Home Care, a leading provider of home health services in Northeast Florida, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Volusia County Team. This individual will work with patients in their homes in the Ormond Beach area to provide high quality physical therapy services. This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling options available. Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the supervising physical therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in their homes.
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques and exercises to improve their overall health and mobility.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of care.

Requirements:
• Valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PTA, preferably in a home health setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and ethical standards.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
