We are seeking a Director of Therapy Operations to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Responsibilities:

The Director of Therapy Operations is the individual with primary responsibility for the overall operations of the Therapy Department, including high-quality, cost-effective delivery of patient care, managing therapy personnel, and developing and implementing department projects and goals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $123,007.00 - $167,289.00 per year
