Job Summary and Qualifications

Under general supervision of the Department Director is responsible for the efficient, effective supervision of the cardiopulmonary department. This includes, but is not limited to assisting with the provision of patient care services, scheduling, technical procedures, performance improvement, quality assurance, compliance with regulatory standards, staff development/education, regulatory agency compliance, and business development. The Clinical Supervisor assists the director/manager in planning, organization, directing, and coordinating the clinical and management activities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist
• RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP)
• Associate Degree
• 2 years of experience minimum
