The Hospital Director of Respiratory Therapy will be overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of top-tier patient care. The ideal Director of Respiratory Therapy candidate will meet the following requirements: 

• Prior leadership experience in acute care settings
• A minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience, with at least one to three years in a supervisory position.
• Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or eligibility as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (N.B.R.C.) is required.
