Respiratory Therapy Supervisor supervises, organizes, and coordinates the clinical and technical aspects of services rendered to ensure the delivery of quality respiratory therapy treatment. Specific duties may include: counseling staff members about appropriate procedures and policies, performing therapeutic procedures, running quality control tests on all blood gas analyzers, and maintaining equipment. Being a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor is responsible for the administration of oxygen, therapeutic gas, and respiratory medications to patients in accordance with physician orders. Develops, implements, and controls the provision of therapeutic patient care services. Additionally, Respiratory Therapy Supervisor plans and coordinates the daily work activities of respiratory therapists in accordance with hospital policies and the directives of medical staff. BCBA Student Supervisor
Qualifications:
● Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing. Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of experience as a BCBA.
● Must have worked with insurance-based ABA
● Experience using Rethink preferred but not required
● Experience with early language learners preferred
● Experience with interdisciplinary teams preferred
● Previous teaching experience preferred
General Description: Provides training and support to Behavior Analyst in training and BCaBAs. Provides oversight and supervises students on cases. Meets with students individually and as a group to review ABA concepts and applications of principles. Assists students with all relevant student projects, signs all contact forms, upholds the BACB’s student contracts. May provide support to new BCBAs in-training. Maintains a small individual client caseload (4-5 clients).
Job Duties:
● Attend weekly supervisor meetings and monthly 1:1 meeting with director
● Follow all supervision guidelines and the code of ethics for supervisors set forth by the BACB
● Review and sign off on all student session notes, give students feedback as needed
● Conduct quarterly evaluations for students
● Arrange, prepare for, and provide 1:1 student supervision meetings and group supervision meetings
● Oversee students on client cases, including attending supervision and parent training sessions, meeting to collaborate, reviewing notes, sending feedback and discussion.
● Provide students with opportunities to shadow supervision and parent training.
● Collect regular feedback from students to improve the student experience.
● Maintain small client caseload, which may include writing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs, conducting parent training, administering assessments and completing reauthorizations as needed

● Maintain all professional certifications, including state licensure, BCBA and CPR certifications
