What You'll Do:

As a Hospital Supervisor Respiratory, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our respiratory care department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing the activities of other respiratory therapists with minimal supervision.
• Performing and monitoring various respiratory care operations.
• Assuming responsibility for problem resolution and teaching quality control and maintenance.
• Collaborating with our dedicated staff to provide coordinated care.
• Taking the lead in staff education, yearly competencies, and improvement initiatives.
• Providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge.

Requirements:

• An Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Current VT State license.
• RRT Certification.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
