Responsibilities:
-Schedule individual and group trips to casinos
-Establish & maintain client relationships
-Daily calling clients as needed regarding future trips, cruises and events
-Working with casino marketing teams at casino properties and cruise lines
-Communicating with clients and partner companies using multiple channels
-Completing assigned tasks in areas of specialties
-Some travel is required, typically around 1 time per quarterRequirements:
-Proven success in customer service
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning new systems
