Restaurant Director - Casino jobs in Hampton, VA

We are hiring a Director of Restaurant Operations to both create and maintain excellent standards and a fun and diverse work environment. This position is located in Williamsburg, VA area. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership in an upscale Multi-Unit, Culinary Leadership role, with a minimum of 3 locations
• Overseeing 7 million in revenue
• Strong tenures with well-established concepts
• Culinary degree appreciated
• Hands-on management style, willing to work side by side with team members
• High level of professionalism and integrity with a sincere passion for hospitality
• Excellent operations and/or culinary background and knowledge.
• Ability to master and develop systems.
• Must be a self-starter with a passion for delivering excellence in food quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for upholding established standards in food quality and execution
• The ability to train, coach, and hold tenured staff accountable
• Systems driven works well with establishing and maintaining SOPS
• Overseeing Culinary operations of 2-3 concepts
• Passion for the guest experience and high attention to detail
• Full financial accountability of P&L and menu costing
• Ability to assist in operational roles where needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $51,850.00 per year
