Bartenders at TRATA are responsible for all points of service including atmosphere, product knowledge and utilizing the proper steps of service. They are expected to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests through friendly, attentive and efficient service. It should be the goal to provide such exceptional service that the guest will choose to return to our establishment.
To provide great service, the Bartender must prioritize the duties and responsibilities listed below:
- Minimum of 2 years, high-volume bartending experience required.
- Advanced beverage knowledge -- including beer, wine and spirits
- A complete focus on hospitality, and creating extraordinary guest experiences
- Lead by example, and have a positive influence on employee behavior and staff morale
- Appear polished and professional at all times, yet approachable to staff members and guests
- Have excellent communication skills
