    - Aware of and able to assist in meeting established financial goals. - Supervises all Cafe employees in accordance with Margaritaville policies and procedures. - Assists in maintaining payroll controls and scheduling of employees in conjunction with business volume and established guidelines. - implements training programs for new employees and existing employees. Attends required Quality & Training classes from HR or Training Department. - Anticipates our guests’ needs as well as our internal guests. - Keeps accurate daily shift reports and communicates to Manager/Director as required. - Responsible for understanding forecasted daily cover counts and budgeted payroll. - Attends all meeting as scheduled by the Director of Food and Beverage. - Conducts daily pre?shift meeting to communicate business volume, entertainment schedule, and Marketing information to employees. - Provides harmonious working environment while being sensitive to the needs of the employees and the guests. - interacts with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery. - Completes related job duties assigned by the Director. - Ensures that outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.

    QUALiFiCATiON REQUiREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATiONAL REQUiREMENTS: - Sanitation Certified, Certified Bartender, TiPS Training. - 2-year Associate degree or 1-3 years of practical experience in Hospitality Management in a high-volume operation. Preferred degree required. - Previous experience in a Buffet and/or Casino food and beverage facility preferred. LANGUAGE SKiLLS: - Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. MATHEMATiCAL SKiLLS: - Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages and apply to practical situations. OTHER SKiLLS AND ABiLiTiES: - Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. - Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables. - Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
