We are looking for an individual to perform a wide range of administrative and sales support functions for the general sales manager and sales team.
The candidate will help coordinate and organize a busy Sales Department.
This includes answering incoming calls, greeting walk-in customers, creating and distributing follow up letters, coordinating dealer plates, ordering sales uniforms and nametags, monitoring customer lounge cleanliness and supplies, and keeping various excel spreadsheets updated.
The right candidate needs to be organized, well spoken, have an attention to detail, positive attitude, and upbeat demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
