WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

• Warmly welcome guests and seat them in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Ensure accurate recording of food and beverage orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas, preparing tables for incoming guests.

• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Availability for breakfast shifts and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
