Restaurant Manager Assistant - Casino jobs in Miami, FL

• Acts as Manager in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
• Assists in planning and coordinating of future needs and requests of Maintenance and the departments serviced by Maintenance.
• Oversees day to day Maintenance operations on assigned shifts.
• Coordinates Maintenance operations as they interact with other departments.
• Communicates the facility’s needs and requests to assigned vendors and contractors.
• All other duties as assigned.

Work Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma required, or 5 years of managerial experience in corporate maintenance or casino maintenance.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
• Ability multi-task and must have good time management abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance aspects such as plumbing, electrical and drywall.
• Must be computer-literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Occasional lifting or moving heavy materials in difficult work positions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Job Type: Full-time
