Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and quality
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee and maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus and daily specials
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
