Experience:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous (not a requirement)
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff members
