Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. Duties: - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, customer service, and kitchen management - Supervise and train staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with catering department for special events or large parties - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas - Handle cash handling procedures accurately Skills: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven experience in kitchen management and food production - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Strong problem-solving abilities Qualifications: - Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is required - Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of restaurant management software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
