Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry and hospitality management. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the operation, including food preparation, service, and quality control

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Knowledge of the food industry, including food preparation techniques and safety standards

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
