Front of House Manager
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
