FRONT OF HOUSE WEEKEND MANAGER - PT (The Phoenix Restaurant)
The Phoenix Restaurant is looking to add one or two candidates for Saturday and Sunday FOH management. We are a high volume, fast paced restaurant that continues to grow. We are looking to fill the weekend position with one or two part time people to help oversee and co-manage all FOH operations. This is not a seasonal position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations
- Interview, select, and hire FOH employees
- Ongoing training of servers and support staff
- Assist FOH staff with any conflicts and/or concerns
- Ensure staff is following all food and safety regulations
- Assist GM
Requirements:
- Management Experience (while restaurant management is preferred, other relevant fields of management will be considered)
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Current food handlers and OLCC
- Well organized
- Strong communication skills
