- Daily Supervision of staff including Bruins Lounge, Hooper Bay Cafe, Room Service and our Caffe D'Arte Coffee Kiosk.
- Assists in the operations of all F&B outlets, physically performing all job descriptions when business levels warrant additional help beyond scheduled staffing.
- Perform & fill in staff in any position needed in case of sick calls, vacation coverage, staff shortages, schedule gaps, or meal breaks.
- Weekly inventory checks.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with F&B hotel operations.
- Participate in training and development of F&B staff.
